At Navi New Indian, we would like to introduce you to the previously unknown side of Indian cuisine.
That's why we combine traditional recipes with seasonal ingredients from Berlin and Brandenburg as well as modern cooking techniques. Chef Shannon, our head chef at Navi, prefers to source meat, vegetables and herbs from Berlin markets such as Maybachufer or the Kumpel & Keule butcher's shop. Spices and rice, on the other hand, are sourced directly from India to preserve the authenticity of the flavours. and because the tandoori oven and a lava stone grill are among Chef Shannon's favorite kitchen utensils, you will of course also find both in our NAVI kitchen.
Our dishes are designed to be shared. For all those who enjoy a plant-based diet, we have a large selection of vegan dishes on our menu.
